Just a short message to tell you about recent updates to Penda Learning's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Here’s a brief summary of what’s new:

- On March 14, 2019, we updated our Privacy Policy (FERPA) for improved clarity, including information on the data we collect, how we safeguard data, how long we hold onto data and what we do with it at the end of a school’s subscription.

- We have also updated our Terms and Conditions. We’ve added specific user-obligation clauses that state in plain language what a user shall and shall not do when using Penda Learning, updated the clauses relating to user-generated content and acceptable use, and refreshed the contractual terms. The updated Terms and Conditions are effective as of March 14, 2019.

- We’ve outlined the use of cookies on Our Website (“Penda Learning”). We use cookies to improve website performance and enhance the user experience. This Cookies Policy explains how we do that.

- Our updated Accessibility Policy now contains web browser and OS accessibility information, along with recommendations for screen-reader / read-aloud tools and language translation.
